It is a fresh wine, of great aromatic complexity. It shows notes of fennel, yellow apple, pear and grapefruit. Glimpse of white flowers, and some mineral note. On the palate it is fresh, with hints of citrus, white flowers and notes of cut grass.
Balsamic and mineral background, with a long finish.
