How did I join the Alto de Inazares Wine Club?

About Online Purchase

How can I access the online sale of your wines?

Accessing the Alto de Inazares online store is very simple, log in to your account and access the Store tab that will appear in the Main Menu. Enjoy your purchase!

Are there shipping costs?

Shipments of up to € 100 per order will have a transport cost of € 7. Except for those orders that are over € 100, these will have free shipping.

Can I combine bottles to complete boxes of 2 or 6 units?

The usual way of presenting each of our wines is in boxes of 2 or 6 units.

We will keep you informed of the batches that we will organize especially with an assortment of our wines by vintages, by type, gift pack, etc.

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

The estimated delivery time is from 24h to 72h. It may depend on the volume of orders and the capacity of our transport agency.

When do you send my order?

Orders will be dispatched on Monday and Thursday of each week. In addition, orders received before 12:00 noon will be sent that same day.

 

How do you send a product as delicate as wine?

Our wines are always in a special packaging, shipments are made in special boxes of 2 or 6 units, where the product is protected and prevent the bottles from being shocked or vibrated.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all of Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Are returns allowed?

Yes they are allowed, for this you just have to send an email to contacto@altodeinazares.com, specifying as subject "Return of purchase" and specifying the order number, within 7 business days following the delivery date of your order . The product will be returned in perfect condition. In case of having tasted the wine and having opened a bottle, the amount of the order will be refunded less the amount of the bottle that has been opened.

About the Events

Who organizes them?

We organize them ourselves, the Alto de Inazares team, exclusively for the members of the Wine Club.

How do you notify us of the publication of new events?

The main means of communication with our Wine Club members is email. We use monthly Newsletters to communicate all kinds of information, including events, as long as they are planned.

How do I sign up for an event?

It's very simple, you just have to log in and go to the Events tab that will appear under The Club, in the main menu.

 

What requirements are necessary to sign up?

Being a member of the Club, that is, registering in Alto de Inazares, and of course eager to enjoy great days in an atmosphere dedicated exclusively to the wine sector.

 

What is the payment method to confirm my attendance and reserve a place??

The form of payment is made through the Paypal payment gateway, has maximum security and accepts different types of credit card.
