Find out how to acquire the Pinot Noir 2017 through the Wine Club

This is a wine we have waited for with great anticipation: seven long years from the time we planted the seedlings for the first Pinot Noir vines in the region of Murcia.

We now have the great satisfaction of being able to share our first wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

This varietal cast its spell on us the day we began to dream of this project.

Despite its reputation as a variety that is difficult to grow, its adaptation to the Inazares plot has been a slow but firm process.

The mix is made from organic grapes harvested on the rural estate of La Tinaja, in Alto de Inazares.

Just 225 bottles were made of this exclusive edition wine.
The Climate 2017
Winter in Inazares was as per usual, with four snowstorms.
We had our first hailstorm on June 4. July that year was the hottest in Spain since records began in 1880.

The vineyard 2017
We started the season with the late winter pruning, which ran from late March to late in the first half of April. In doing so, we were able to delay sprouting and prevent the first frosts of May from affecting production. We continued with a severe pruning.
