A 100% Monastrell wine made using grapes from old vines grown at an altitude of 825m in El Valle del Aceniche (Bullas-Spain), where the altitude, soil, and care given, together with the age of the vineyard, make this refined, elegant wine possible.
It is made in our cellar located 1,373m above sea level, influenced by the frosty winter that gives it a natural refinement. This wine is our tribute to the queen grape variety of the Mediterranean, through our particular method of cultivation and production.
This is a wine to watch over the next four years.
This is a limited edition of 1,406 bottles
