Blanco de Blancas

This wine has reflected the inspiration of María José Fernández Llamas since the 2019 harvest.

It is a careful selection of white grapes grown on the Alto de Inazares property, at an altitude of 1,373m.

It is an unctuous, silky, fresh, light wine made with Viognier and Chardonnay grapes, with notes of Gewürztraminer. This Blanco de Blancas is highly aromatically complex and has a multitude of floral notes of rose, jasmine, and orange blossom, as well as notes of white fruit and tropical fruits such as peach, lychee, and passion fruit, and a background of herbs and spices, such as cloves and pepper.
