Monastrell 100% from old vines grown at an altitude of 827 m.a.s.l.
This wine was made and stored in Inazares at 1,373 m.a.s.l., where the altitude is naturally conducive to its refinement, and with minimum intervention in the cellar to ensure the fullest expression of this great variety of Mediterranean grape.
Its organic grapes were harvested from a 49 year-old plot in the Aceniche Valley (Bullas), managed in accordance with the philosophy of respect for the vineyard and for its environment.
This is a limited edition of 541 bottles
